Our Community Hero Sponsorship Program connects local families, businesses, civic organizations, and associations with fire departments, law enforcement agencies and other public safety organizations to sponsor high-quality photography services, Legacy Boards, yearbooks and other beautiful prints and products to help preserve their legacy.

Every department has a story worth preserving and we help departments honor their members and their past. But not every department has the budget; that’s where you help your heroes.

Sponsorship Tiers
3% Cover the Fee

Contribute to a group-funded sponsorship and be recognized with other sponsors on the department and photographer's social media and in other Thank You material. Donations over $1000.00 by a business will also include their logo placed subtly on the Legacy Board, Yearbook and will also receive a plaque of appreciation from the department.

 FAQs

  • Your sponsorship covers professional photography, design, and production services for a local fire, police, or sheriff’s department. This includes headshots, group portraits, Legacy Boards, and other commemorative prints or products that honor department personnel and preserve history.

  • Yes! If you have a specific department in mind — maybe one your business is connected to — you can sponsor them directly. If not, we’re happy to match you with a department that currently needs support.

  • Absolutely. Depending on your sponsorship level, recognition may include:

    • Your logo on the Legacy Board or Yearbook (if selected)

    • Social media and/or website shoutouts

    • A plaque of appreciation

    • Group sponsor recognition if part of a co-sponsorship

    We also encourage departments to publicly thank sponsors when possible.

  • We are not a nonprofit organization, but if your sponsorship is routed through a department-affiliated nonprofit or foundation (e.g., a 501(c)(3) fire auxiliary or police foundation), it may be deductible. We’re happy to help coordinate this if applicable.

  • Yes. Just let us know if you'd prefer to give quietly. You can still fund a project without public recognition.

  • A Legacy Board is a large, framed print featuring individual headshots of department members, custom designed with the department’s patch, name, and other graphics. It’s a professional, quality piece displayed in the station as a legacy of those who serve.

  • Once a department is matched with a sponsor, the process can vary from 6 weeks to 6 months depending on when the department session is scheduled and what the department chooses for their final products.

  • We’ll reach out within 1–2 business days to confirm your interest, answer questions, and walk you through next steps. If you don’t have a specific department in mind, we’ll suggest one in your area.

  • Yes! We’re proud to showcase examples of our Legacy Boards, department portraits, and custom products. Contact us or visit our portfolio at www.TimelessHeroes.net to view our gallery.

  • Any remaining funds that are not used for a specific department’s project will be split 50/50 between:

    1. The General Support Fund – to assist other departments that may be short on sponsorship funds and still need help preserving their legacy.

    2. The Memorial Portrait Fund – used to create beautiful, digitally painted portraits of fallen heroes. These portraits honor those who have left us too soon and are gifted to their department or family as a lasting tribute.

    This ensures that every dollar goes toward honoring service, preserving legacy, and uplifting the first responder community as a whole.
