Our Police, Fire and Emergency Medical Services put themselves in the line of fire, both literally and figuratively, every day, to ensure our safety. They do it selflessly and heroically, and it’s something we don't take lightly. When we are asked to photograph any public safety department, we are honored, thankful, and humbled to serve this wonderful group of men and women. We have a passionate belief that quality, official portraits should show your department members at their best, as the pillars of the community and heroes that they are. Every member deserves a portrait which represents their time on the department.

Our Story

Timeless Memories Photography was founded in 2005 by photographer, Jennifer Fink. She comes from a long line of firefighters and joined the Sumter Fire Department as a volunteer at 18 in 1998. After pursuing her degree in BA in photography at UofSC, she opened her studio offering quality portraiture. She has photographed clients nationally and internationally. Several years ago she was asked to photograph the Sumter Fire Department and thus beginning her journey into providing quality portraits for several fire and police departments across the state. In 2023, Jennifer created Timeless Heroes, LLC, specializing in capturing the portraits of 1000’s of heroes across S.C., N.C., and is currently expanding into G.A.

Jennifer’s husband, Michael, recently joined the Timeless Heroes team to assist with photography, in-house production, and deliveries. A retired Air Force veteran, Michael spent the majority of his career in the Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) field. He has been an incredible source of support for Jennifer and is a valued addition to the team. Married for 12 years, Jennifer and Michael share a life filled with purpose and are proud parents to two amazing children.

Dexter has been part of the Timeless Heroes Photography team for over a year and serves as our Studio Manager. Working remotely from the beautiful Philippines—and no, he is not an AI assistant—he keeps countless behind-the-scenes details running smoothly. Before joining our team, Dexter spent seven years working with photography studios in Paris, bringing valuable experience and a wonderful eye for studio operations. He is dependable, thoughtful, and truly an absolute joy to work with.
